Position Overview

Founded in 2000, ELE Group is a world-leading manufacturer of intelligent electrical and electromechanical equipment, such as residual-current devices (GFCI, LCDI, and PRCD), wiring devices, smart home wiring devices, wires and cables, performance material and domestic water pumps, the Group sales turnover exceeded US$300M in the year of 2023.

ELE Group developed a good relationship with key customers in USA during the past 25 years. In order to more closely serve the local customers in North America market, ELE Group started the localization strategy since the year of 2022.

On March 7th 2022 – ELE Group announced the grand opening of its first overseas Direct Fulfillment Center (DFC) in Jacksonville, Florida, the United States.

On May 7th 2022, ELEGRP North America Inc. was founded. And now ELEGRP North America Inc. has an immediate opening for the North America region Sales Director, it is On-Site position in the office in 3964 Atlanta Rd, Smyrna, GA 30080, ELEGRP Properties LLC is the sole owner of this building since 15th Dec. 2023.

Reporting to the director of ELEGRP M&A department and general manager of North America. You will be responsible for leading all sales activities to achieve performance goals in accordance to marketing and sales plans. And you will have opportunity 



Essential Responsibilities

1. Market Research: Well known the relevant overseas markets for which you are responsible, collect market dynamics and analyze and summarize information including but not limited to: market demand, trend changes, customers, competition, opportunities, etc., so as to provide a basis for the company's business layout such as marketing, product positioning and sales strategy; 

2. Business Execution: Cooperate with the management to carry out work according to the company's sales strategy and goals (such as promotion plan, promotion schedule, customer development, etc.):

  • a. Promotion Plan & Schedule: Cooperate with the management to formulate business promotion plan and promotion schedule based on the company's overall strategic requirements, and gradually carry out business according to the plan;
  • b. Customer Development: Actively find customers in the whole region of United States by exhibitions, networks, emails, telephones and other channels, and make a customer list, and cooperate with the management to evaluate and formulate targeted customer;
  • c. Find the real requirements of customers and provide them appropriate solutions; Achieve sales orders through effective communication skills and sales negotiations;
  • d. In-depth understanding of competitors' situation in customers, including product performance, sales strategy, pricing strategy and long-term planning;

3. Product knowledge learning and training: In-depth understanding of the company's products and services through company's training videos and documents, able to provide customers with professional product demonstrations and problem solving solutions;

4. Marketing & Customer Maintenance:

  • a. Regularly provide and update relevant regional market analysis and marketing strategy reports (including market, objectives,business activities and competition) according to business progress;
  • b. Establish and maintain customer list, Regularly follow up on customer satisfaction and deal with customer problems and complaints in a timely manner;

5. Business achievement: According to the company's strategy, complete the sales target of the responsible region/industry

6. Legal compliance and risk management: Comply with the laws and regulations of the country and region where it is located, ensure the compliance of sales activities, identify and evaluate potential market risks, and provide risk management and response strategies for the company;

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or above(science and engineering background ,thermal and power engineering is preferred);
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in electrical sales.
  • Knowledge of electrical products or materials;
  • Record of accomplishment in setting aggressive sales plans and achieving ambitious targets.
  • Ability to actively develop the market, have the courage to accept work challenges, and work seriously and meticulously;
  • Ability to travel 50% throughout the district
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
