Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and testing mechanical components and systems. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.
Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Assemble mechanical components according to specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) to perform assembly tasks
- Operate machinery and equipment such as welders, forklifts, and machining tools
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues or malfunctions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical systems
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Experience with welding, fabricating, or machining is preferred
- Knowledge of assembly techniques and processes
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Mechanical Assembler or in a similar role is preferred but not required
