- 5 Years of Manufacturing Experience or former Military Experience in Leadership roles.
- Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, coaching and oversight of team leads and key personnel.
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure all inventory is maintained with agreed upon guidelines and is real time verifiable within the system.
- Responsible to ensure proper levels of staffing is maintained within the department, while adhering to labor costs.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, lot tracking, QA, are documented completely.
