- Perform inspections and quality audits on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure product specifications are met
- Conduct thorough examinations of product samples to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of all quality assurance activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date with FDA regulations and industry best practices in quality management
- Assist in the development and improvement of quality systems and processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and techniques
- Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and processes
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Solid understanding of FDA regulations related to product quality
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
