Element2 is seeking sales trainee to support clients through out RI, MA and CT.
The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, team oriented environment. You must be capable of making numerous calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
THE ROLE:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead generation, outbound cold calls and emails.
- Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
- Partner to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments
- Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
- Perform various customer service related activities
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Strong computer experience, MS Suite, internal sales systems.
