Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.
Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Perform equipment installations and upgrades
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency in working with logic controllers and electrical systems
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Experience in facilities maintenance is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic welding skills are a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
