What We Need We are looking for an Associate, Vehicle Acquisition Status who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization. Are you: Experienced in using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables in Excel? Able to provide a high level of customer service and support? As the Status Associate, you will provide timely and accurate status of all orders throughout the ordering process for our clients. Responsible for tracking all assets from order entry through delivery and ensure that relevant information is clearly reflected in Element’s systems for internal and external use. A Day in the Life Effectively work with vehicle manufacturers, vendors and dealers to collect and record the most up to date information regarding the progression of a vehicle order through delivery and plate issuance. Data extraction from vendor website, data input into internal system, documentation and follow-up related to the order Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers Set expectations with vendor of their role in the end-to-end order process Effectively communicate with internal client-facing teams on specific or general issues that will delay progression of vehicle order Respond to Service Cloud cases from internal/external customers with 90% On Time Target Closure rate.
