Overview
At Elements Massage, we are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest quality massages. We are now expanding our services to include facials, we are seeking an experienced Lead Esthetician with proven sales skills to help oversee and manage the implementation of this new offering across our three studios: Campbell, Sunnyvale and San Mateo. Must be willing to travel.
Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, sales oriented lead esthetician to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the facial services in three of our studios. You will also play a crucial role in implementing our new facial service offerings and training our team of estheticians.
The goal is to create a welcoming work environment where employees feel valued and motivated to come to work each day. Elements Massage would love to show you what makes it unique!
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base pay
- $20 - $25 per facial (before tips)
- Including tips: $40- $60 per facial
- Commission for Products Sold
- Paid sit-time
- Additional pay for add-on services
- Pay for no-shows/late cancels

- Annual reviews with merit-based increases
- Paid liability insurance for 22 hours a week

Qualifications and Skills
- Must have completed an Esthetician / Aesthetician program
- Licensed to provide facial services in California with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the esthetics field.
- Ability to train, mentor, and develop a team of estheticians.
- Strong knowledge of various facial treatments, skincare products, and techniques.
- A client service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers
- High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Passion for skincare and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations as needed.
- Must be willing to travel.
