Duties and Responsibilities
As the Site Manager, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, managing staff schedules, and ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our advanced car wash equipment. You will also be responsible for upholding our exceptional standards of customer service, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and fostering a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere for both our guests and team members. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. By demonstrating your leadership skills, attention to detail, and passion for delivering outstanding service, you will play a vital role in the continued success of Elephant Car Wash.
Specific duties may include:
- Leadership: Lead by example and motivate team members through positivity, enthusiasm, and effective coaching. Develop and nurture a high-performing team that consistently delivers outstanding results.
- Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest receives an exceptional experience by providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at the car wash site.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the proper maintenance and functioning of our advanced car wash equipment, ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
- Standard Operating Procedure (SOP): Follow and teach our established SOP to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. Train team members on the SOP and monitor adherence to maintain operational excellence.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with guests and coworkers, ensuring clear and concise information exchange to facilitate smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Skills and Requirements
- Physical Fitness: Possess a high level of physical energy and stamina, with the ability to safely handle car wash solution barrels weighing 100 pounds using appropriate equipment.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Preferred but not required. Basic mechanical knowledge and aptitude will be advantageous in overseeing equipment maintenance.
- Scheduling and Computer Skills: Proficient in using scheduling systems and computer applications such as Google Docs to effectively manage staff schedules and perform administrative tasks.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members, foster a positive work environment, and celebrate team achievements.
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, demonstrating a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Management Experience: Minimum of 2 years of management experience, preferably in a customer service-oriented environment.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
- 10-hour shifts, with availability required on weekdays and weekends.
- Day shift, Monday to Friday.

*Pay range is $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
