Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Adobe Stack Principal Engineer to lead and manage the development and implementation of our Adobe technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Adobe ecosystem, including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign.

The Adobe Stack Principal Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level Adobe solutions that align with our business goals and objectives. They will also manage a team of Adobe developers and collaborate with other technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Location: East coast time zone preferred. This position is a hybrid role that requires going into a pulse point location 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud and the various Adobe products and services.

• Lead the development and implementation of Adobe technology solutions, including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify their needs and translate them into technical requirements for Adobe solutions.

• Create and maintain technical architecture documentation and ensure compliance with industry best practices.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to the Adobe development team to ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards.

• Work with other technical teams to integrate Adobe solutions with other enterprise systems.

• Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with Adobe Professional Services as needed.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the Adobe ecosystem and recommend innovative solutions to drive business growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

• 10 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years of experience as an Adobe Architect.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign.

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, including SOA, ESB, and API design.

• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $157,520 to $283,536
