Description
Business Info Developer Consultant Senior
Hybrid; Flex 1 schedule; 0-3 times per month onsite

Responsible for developing and executing complex data and financial analyses. Position will develop and maintain analytical reporting tools to support pharmacy rebate analyses and ancillary billing, including forecasting, pricing, and contracting analyses. In addition, this position will ensure the implementation and execution of project deliverables related to pharmacy reporting and analytics, up to and through delivery.
How you will make an impact:

Develops and executes data mining analyses. Uses program languages to extract data.

Develops very complex and varied strategic report applications from a Data Warehouse.

Establishes and maintains advanced knowledge of data warehouse database design, data definitions, system capabilities, and data integrity issues.

Acts as a source of direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff. Monitors project schedules and costs for own and other projects.

Develops and supports very complex Data Warehouse-related applications for business areas requiring design and implementation of database tables.

Programs and writes queries and reports.

Develop and prepare data analyses and financial models.

Conducts training on use of applications developed.

This job is focused on spending time thinking about programming and how it would be used to design solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a BS/BA degree; minimum of 6 years experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Capabilities, Skills, and Experiences:
-
Previous pharmacy operational knowledge strongly preferred.

Understanding of Pharmacy Data Analytics as it relates to drug and claim pricing, and ancillary billing.

PC, spreadsheet, and database skills, as well as experience in standard Business Information tools and programming/query languages.

Ability to become knowledgeable, and maintain understanding of, contract specifications, client details, and pharmaceutical product categories.

Working knowledge with SQL/Teradata and combinations of data mining and reporting tools.

SAS EG or VIYA experience preferred. Python optional.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $109,760 to $197,568
