Location: Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy, providing various levels of flexibility while also ensuring that associates have opportunities to connect in-person. Unless in a designated virtual-eligible role and specified as primarily virtual by the hiring manager, associates are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week. How You Will Make An Impact
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Manages portfolio and project activities of pharmacy business unit, prioritization funding, scheduling, execution, and delivery of project work performed by pharmacy benefits manager (PBM) vendor.
- Directs Pharmacy Operations Excellence resources and oversees accuracy and timeliness of project deliverables to ensure objectives are met.
- Coordinates budget activities and staffing levels of multiple projects.
- Evaluates and provides direction on impact of change to current pharmacy portfolio plan with fiscal responsibility for pharmacy project budget.
- Implements policies, practices and procedures.
- Monitors vendor performance to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements.
- Facilitates project related escalations.
- Provides leadership to teams responsible for coordinating delivery of all new, renewing, and migrating pharmacy business.
- Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
