National Broker Consulting and Relations Director
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of our PulsePoint locations.
The National Broker Consulting and Relations Director is responsible for influencing and partnering with national brokers to bridge the capabilities, processes, and key relationships.
How You Will Make An Impact
Requires BS/BS and minimum of 8 years’ experience in a group insurance benefits sales environment to include a minimum of 5 years experience in brokers relations; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Drives and increases sales through a collaborative strategy by building relationships with the broker community for national accounts.
- Applies subject matter expertise for the brokerage partnership and internal stakeholders in order to impact the sales opportunities for the national sales and account teams.
- Educates and trains broker community on products and processes as well as articulates the value proposition for clients.
- Leverages broker relationships and ensures tracking of metrics.
- Tracks results of opportunities and utilizes information to drive results.
- Engages sales and account relationship teams to drive business strategy.
- Identifies and escalates matters to key stakeholders as appropriate.
- Partners with appropriate teams and to plan and execute effective implementation of change.
