Product Manager, Sr
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations.
The Product Manager, Sr is responsible for the development of products in both new and existing markets.
How you will make an impact:
- Evaluates existing products and competitor and industry data to improve existing products and make recommendations for new products.
- Develops and implements long-term profitability strategies for market segments including market positioning, new product design pricing parameters, risk profiles, and legislative/regulatory responses.
- Coordinates presentation, communication, and implementation of all phases of product development. Ensures all products are compliant with regulatory directives and state/federal laws and policies.
- Serves as a product expert and relationship manager to the core clients.
Minimum Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Capabilities
- MBA preferred.
- Health or managed care experience preferred.
- Product Planning is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are preferred.
- An understanding of the fundamentals of software development processes and procedures, including agile approaches is preferred.
- Jira and Salesforce preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $86,800 to $156,240.
Locations: California; Colorado; Nevada; Washington State; Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithaca, NY and Westchester County, NY.
