Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the successful execution and delivery of the project program.
- Responsible for program kick-off meetings.
- Responsible for setting up the program in Workfront to meet required delivery date.
- Work with Strategy where applicable to identify stakeholders and business owners
- Responsible for identifying or working with COE to identify the project team members who execute on tasks.
- Manage and build communication plan and receive approval where appropriate.
- Websites: Determine the project team including SEO, Analytics, Website Strategy team, Paid Media.
- Where applicable bring compliance partners in to provide insight and guidance.
- Validate appropriate reviewers are assigned and ensure they meet agreed upon deadlines (SLAs).
- Resolve personal conflicts between project team members.
- Build or utilize Workfront for reports on project status.
- Partner with the Strategist to ensure the success of the project and operate as a leader for the initiative.
- Responsible for recommending process enhancements and improvements.
- Responsible for staying up to date with project management best practices and business specific training (i.e. ELV Health).
- Review health plan contract to identify business requirements related to member comms and marketing.
- Work closely with health plan strategist to identify business owners responsible for red-lining collaterals.
- Prepare budget request for collateral printing/translation/mailing and external labor.
- Track budget spending.
- Host weekly meetings with implementation internal team (creative, production, strategy) to keep project on track and provide status updates.
- Communicate regularly with enterprise project management leads to provide status and raise risks and partner on mitigation plan.
- Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 5 years external client facing experience in program/project management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Graduate degree preferred.
- Project management certification preferred.
