Summary Of Position-

The Director, Marketing will lead and shape the future of our marketing endeavors. This pivotal role will oversee the entire performance marketing spectrum, ensuring that Elevate Aviation Group remains a dominant force in the aviation sector. The Director, Marketing is someone who can help us support our go to market strategy by scaling and optimizing our marketing technologies and practices to accelerate revenue with predictable performance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities-

  • Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Budget Oversight: Allocate and manage substantial marketing budgets, ensuring optimal channel allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Channel Mastery: Oversee and Successfully execute diverse online marketing channels, including but not limited to SEM, SEO, Email marketing, affiliate programs, and social media.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, creative marketing team, division leaders, and other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and to maximize lead generation and conversion efforts.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics and data insights to drive strategy, measure campaign effectiveness, and predict future trends.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities-

  • Deep knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, tools, platforms, and best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience in managing teams.
  • Able to create reports using Looker Studio or similar BI software.
  • Familiarity with the aviation industry is a plus.

Education & Experience-

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of leadership.

Schedule & Travel-

  • Standard business hours are expected in this role.
  • Ability to travel as required up to 25% .

Miscellaneous-

  • FLSA Status- Full-Time exempt.
  • Lifting requirements- Up to 20lbs.
