Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing top-notch administrative support? Elevate Consulting Group is seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the President and other management with miscellaneous tasks, scheduling, and coordination, as well as personal tasks as needed.
- Manage the company schedule for all departments, and client related.
- Open and sort mail; perform all filing and documentation preparation.
- Answer all phone calls and take messages as needed.
- Call all clients for weekly follow-up of information needed.
- Manage and facilitate all new client onboarding.
- Input and interpret tasks from emails and input into task management system.
- Work with clients to complete forms, documentation and other.
- Manage the office supply needs and ordering.
- Prepare conference room for meetings.
- CRM, Excel and data entry as required for office organization and software up to date.
- Assist in the physical upkeep of the office, completing miscellaneous chores as needed.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle tasks with a high level of discretion and professionalism.

Salary Range : $45-60k annual salary based on experience.
