- Responsible for maintaining information involving current staffs demographic information, skill sets, availability and productivity levels.
- Coordinates staffing solutions to new and existing patients.
- Maintains ongoing absence/time off calendar to prepare for staffing needs.
- Assists in onboarding of new staff members as well as ongoing education for all staff.
- Support supervisory visits as identified.
- Provide introductions of caregivers to new clients/families and conduct interviews for potential clients/families.
- Assist with payroll and time card tasks as needed.
- Supports leadership by maintaining the proper daily workflow of tasks.
- Maintains a caseload list for all staff members.
- Communicates effectively, professionally, and thoroughly with staff regarding coordination.
- of care expectations, educates and enforces deadlines, and establishes and maintains positive working relationships with staff.
- Demonstrates commitment, professional growth and competency in required skills .
- Provides insight to identify needs for additional staff as well as identifying.

- Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of contractual staff relationships.
- Serves as an administrative support resource for all clinical and marketing staff.
- Ensures compliance with all state, federal & Medicare regulatory requirements.
- Attend mandatory meetings and continuing educational opportunities.
- Works closely with administrative support members to help triage urgency of scheduling changes and needs of clients.
- Supports/cross-trained in additional operation roles as determined by Executive Director
- May be required to provide intake and on-call services as needed and determined by Executive Director.
