We are seeking a Motivated and Positive Sales Representative with Shopify Experience to drive sales through our online store.
This role requires a positive attitude, strong sales skills, proficiency in using Shopify and comfortable and capability to explore new leads.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively generate leads and drive sales
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions through our products / services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and follow up on sales leads and opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements :
- 2 years of sales experience in a related field
- Shopify experience and proficiency
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Positive attitude, with a high level of self-motivation and energy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to learn and understand technical products and services quickly
