Elevated Talent Consulting partners with business leaders to create the container for every employee to be fulfilled in their work while the organization is achieving their business outcomes.

Are you a seasoned human resources leader who looks for:

  • Each day different from the next: Fast-paced environment. Multiple projects going simultaneously. Multiple key stakeholders and project timelines that must be managed and executed flawlessly.
  • Very socially-focused; requires "how can I help you?" attitude. High attention spent on building and maintaining relationships, especially where partnering, not pressuring, others fosters the relationship.
  • Adherence to established guidelines and procedures. This individual works collaboratively in the decision-making process always providing options and requiring the client to make the final decision. They must provide the reasonable basis and process for why they are making that specific recommendation ensuring that the most recent legislative and policy requirements are taken into account.
  • Open, flowing communication is important. Position requires working with and through others, in partnership. There is a need for a persuasive, "selling" (rather than "telling") communication style.
  • Team environment: Leader must be willing to jump in and roll up his/her sleeves to help out when necessary. Need someone who leads by example, with first-hand knowledge and expertise in Human Resources and Talent Optimization. Strong, friendly follow-up necessary on tasks delegated to ensure proper results.

This position is a business partner with our clients responsible for creating optimized People Operations. Key areas of focus include establishing the Human Resources infrastructure that is aligned with the business strategy. This person will create a people strategy that ensures the business is meeting their business outcomes. This includes sourcing and onboarding employees, optimizing current staff within the organization through alignment to role, manager, team and culture.

This leader must be an effective communicator, someone who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. There will be many different people to meet and work with. The person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the businesses they are assigned, agenda, and needs of others, including the company, its management, the team, the company's customers.

A persuasive, teaching style of communication is required to communicate the company's policies, programs, and systems. A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Detail work is a major focus of the job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently. This portion of the work will often focus on relationships with others; correct handling of details dealing with others is necessary to maintain and grow relationships. If the job involves managing others, following up carefully, closely, and cheerfully is required to ensure both correct work and maintenance of the relationships. Necessary corrections must be made in a constructive, supportive manner. As time is usually a factor, the work must be done on time, as well as correctly. In general, this is a position where guidelines, structure, and established policies must be followed fairly closely, while working with and for others.

This individual will meet the following:

· Bachelor’s Degree in business management, human resources or equivalent.

· Individual will be certified with a SHRM-CP or PHR preferred

· 3-5 years HR generalist experience in a small business setting.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel), required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
