Key Responsibilities:
As a Retail Associate, you will be a key part of our team, helping to drive sales, build customer relationships, and contribute to the store's overall success. Your role will include:
- Greeting and engaging with customers to understand their needs.
- Educating customers about product features and benefits to help them make informed decisions.
- Solving customer issues and answering any questions they may have.
- Processing sales through suggestive selling, multiple selling techniques, and effective closing.
- Measuring and fitting customers with appropriate products.
- Informing customers about ongoing promotions and deals.
- Keeping the sales floor organized, neat, and well-stocked at all times.
- Ensuring items are properly labeled and priced.
- Monitoring merchandise, attaching/detaching security tags, and reporting any shrinkage or security concerns.
- Following safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and timely reporting of any accidents or near misses.
Retail Sales Associate Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- A natural people person with a friendly attitude!
- Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Familiarity with cash register operations.
- Basic math skills for quick transactions.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
