Our financial services client is looking for a QA Test Lead to join their team.

Pay Rate: $55.00 - $65.00/hr on W2
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
Responsibilities of the QA Test Lead:
- Lead test planning, execution and support for the Allegro Business Systems
- Propose test process enhancements, automation opportunities, and alternative tools
- Create, perform, and document risk analysis, test plans, test cases
- Perform manual and automated testing
- Record test progress and results
- Code automated tests
- Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
- Discover bugs within software
- Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes
- Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing
- Research and analyze product features being tested
- Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes
- Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 5 years of IT development or testing experience
- At least 3 years of experience in at least one of high-level programming languages
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing automation test plans and test scripts for page objects
- At least 3 years of experience using SQL queries and able to develop query-based test cases
- At least 1 year of experience with shell scripting language (e.g. Powershell)
- Strong knowledge in testing automation frameworks such as Web I/O or Appium
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and API test tools and methodologies
- Strong attention to detail as well as organization and time management skills
- Cross functional team player with the ability to work seamlessly across a matrix organization
