- Responsible for Education of client management and Eligibility Staff to ensure they understand all available eligibility opportunities for patients. Assess and recommend retention/non-retention of new hires in regards to progress of education during the training introductory period.

Reviews multiple state, federal and local training programs to determine appropriate training for Eligibility Representatives and management.
Updates training curriculum as needed.
Train new employees and conduct employee evaluations in collaboration with the CDU Management staff. Meet with employees regarding disciplinary actions in collaboration with CDU and HR managers.
- Management representative in new hire orientation at client facilities on behalf of the HR department.
- Assists the Director of Education in developing new training courses associated with the introduction of new processes.
- Develops written materials for eligibility representatives for multiple state, federal and local programs. Maintains and updates core source Education materials on a regular basis.
- Assisting the Director of Education in development of web based trainings for Eligibility Representatives.
- Travel required - 100%
