Job Description: As an Affordable Care Act/Obamacare Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients in understanding their healthcare options and enrolling in appropriate ACA plans. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Educating clients: Provide clear explanations and guidance on the Affordable Care Act and its various provisions to help clients make informed decisions about their coverage.
2. Eligibility assessment: Determine clients; eligibility for ACA plans based on income, family size, and other relevant factors.
3. Plan selection: Assist clients in choosing the most suitable ACA plan to meet their specific healthcare needs.
4. Application assistance: Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring accurate completion of applications and submission of required documentation.
5. Client support: Address inquiries and resolve issues related to ACA plans, premiums, benefits, and claims.
6. Compliance adherence: Stay updated with the latest changes in ACA regulations and ensure strict compliance with applicable guidelines.
Requirements: To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
1. Experience: Previous experience in health insurance, specifically with ACA plans, is highly preferred!
