Licensed Practical Nurse

A Licensed Practical Nurse will play a fundamental role in the performance of the team at Elite Alf at Naples. The nurse will be responsible for the administration of all nursing care provided to our patients. The nurse will also be responsible for the coordination and integration of all nursing services provided to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high quality nursing care in a compassionate and coordinated manner. The nurse will have direct contact with patients and will be accountable for the overall quality of patient care. The nurse will also be responsible for the coordination and integration of all nursing services provided to our patients. The nurse will be in direct contact with our clients and will be responsible for their overall well-being.

Qualifications:
·Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensure in the state of practice required; master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred; must be willing to complete LPN or LVN certification within 30 days of employment and must possess or able to obtain National Certification in Nursing (NCN).
·Must have one year experience working as an LPN or LVN in a long-term care skilled nursing environment strongly preferred.
·COVID-19 Vaccination required, approved exemption status required or approved exemption status within past two weeks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
·Provide direct patient care including but not limited to; daily activities planning, medication adherence, activities of daily living (ADLs), bathing, dressing, toileting, etc., in accordance with established schedules.
·Tasks may include supervision of other staff as necessary or required.
·Assist other departments as needed to ensure proper departmental operations within assigned time frames.
·Maintain accurate records per department policies and procedures per state licensing requirements.
·Work with Clinical Supervisor, Registered Nurse, Nursing Supervisor and Nursing staff to ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
·Work with Clinical Supervisor, Registered Nurse, Nursing Supervisor and Staff to ensure compliance with departmental standards per department policies and procedures per standards set forth within Elite Alf at Naples policies and procedures set forth within the Department of Labor Standards Enforcement (DoLE).
·Perform other duties as assigned by Clinical Supervisor, Nursing Supervisor, Registered Nurse or Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour
