Job Description: Process Improvement Manager
Reports To: Vice President of Operations
Assignment Focus: We are looking for an experienced Process Improvement Manager to define, implement, and revise operational policies and best practice initiatives for the organization. The successful candidate will work with the Vice President of Operations to improve processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, and maximize profitability.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and oversee the documentation of all operations manuals to ensure consistent, efficient workflows are in place
- Ensure company-wide operational compliance
- Oversee inventory count protocols and variance analysis
- Work closely with Senior Management to meet company objectives
- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from 4-year college or university
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to streamline and implement processes that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands
- Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
- Expert level in excel, data mining experience required
Travel
- Up to 60%
