Job Description

Elite Health is seeking 1099 part-time contractors in Psychiatry, Neurology, Neurological Surgery or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physicians to join our Provider Network to Perform Disability Exams to Veterans and Separating Military.

Design your own schedule, flexible work hours at your practice or our mobile clinics. Add to your current practice or earn extra income while enjoying stories from our local veterans. Work as little as 7 days a month (Can be weekdays or weekends) Cash-based pay, no insurance collections.

Qualifications:

• Active Medical license in state of employment.
• No current litigation on medical license.
• Reside within 20-30 miles of city applying for.
• Board Certified.
• One year experience and/or some prior VA work is ideal.
• BYOD- you must provide your own device
• Availability of at least 6-10 days a month.

How It Works:
Elite Health works with the Department of Veteran Affairs to contract with physicians to perform Compensation and Pension exams for our country’s veterans.

These exams require no treatment or follow-up and we reimburse you directly.
We schedule the veteran with your office or at our mobile clinic.

Responsibilities:

· Perform Compensation and Pension Examinations on Veterans

· Complete a thorough review of digital medical records

· Conduct a physical assessment based on specific disability claims

· Submit information gathered through an online portal for the VA to review as part of a compensation/pension claim.

· All exams will take place at approved facilities with proper equipment and internet access.

· Exams completed face to face and once in a while Telehealth.
