What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reservation Specialist position at Elite Limousine?
Looking for a Hard Working, Team Player for a full time position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering Multiple Phone Calls throughout the day.
- Responding to Multiple Emails in a timely fashion.
- Providing Quotes to Clients for Special Occasion and Group Events
- Making Reservations for Client Travel Needs
- Dispatching and Maintaining Reservations Worldwide.
Requirements Include:
- Must be able to Multitask
- Must be a Team Player
- Must have Customer Service Skills
- Must be computer efficient.
- Knowledge of Livery Coach Software preferred, but not required.
- MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN THE LIVERY INDUSTRY.
- Must be available to Work Evening Shift, available for Weekend Hours and some Holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
