Seeking career minded individual to perform the daily scheduling of technicians for maintenance and service appointments. The applicant must possess excellent telephone communicative skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced working environment. The day-to-day job responsibilities include answering incoming calls from clients and technicians to assist with scheduling maintenance and service calls for equipment, ensuring the client database is up to date with all pertinent information, coordinating parts ordering/procurement to ensure all parts and materials are accurately tracked for each job, tracking each job's daily activities and assisting the accounting department with client invoicing when complete and, most importantly, keeping each customer 100% informed of every step.
The position requires previous service advisor experience with an attitude to assist in getting the job done correctly the first time. The salary is a starting base pay, however opportunity for advancement within the organization is expected as applicant's skills and knowledge increase.
The position is a full time, salaried position with office hours of 7:00AM - 5:00PM, M-F and occasional Saturdays with accessibility during storm related events for the on-call technicians. The Company provides salary, health/dental insurance paid at 100%, Company retirement plan matched at 5% and PTO to include holidays, vacation and sick days.
