Inside Sales Representative

Elite RF is looking for a motivated and tenacious inside sales representative to join our sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

To be a successful as an inside sales representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top inside sales representative should also be very competitive and a good listener.

Inside sales representative responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads. Building a strong top of the funnel leads for field sales team
• Adding and managing all sales and marketing data on Zoho CRM and keeping the system up to date
• Generating quotes on CRM and managing quote activity
• Generating reports on CRM and other marketing related tools
• Tracking the entire sales funnel from opportunity to closing
• Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities
• Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
• Upselling products and services
• Researching and qualifying new leads
• Managing newsletter mailings, website, ad campaigns, social media marketing, other digital marketing activities and tracking effectiveness
• Managing all conference/exhibition related activities (registration, logistics, database compiling, etc.)

Inside sales representative requirements:

• Minimum - Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in inside sales or related sales position
• Proficiency in MS Office and Zoho CRM is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong listening and sales skills
• Ability to achieve targets and goals in a timely manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
