Part-Time Certified Flight Instructor (CFI)

Elite Solution LLC is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Flight Instructor for the upcoming year. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and guiding students through their flight training journey. As a Flight Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction, ensuring the safety of all flight operations, and helping students achieve their aviation goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide flight instruction to students, including ground school and in-flight training, ensuring adherence to FAA regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and are tailored to the individual needs of each student.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them improve their piloting skills.
• Ensure the safety and security of all flight operations by conducting thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and flight hours.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other staff members to support student learning and development.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in flight instruction.

Requirements:

• Experience as a flight instructor is required.
• Holding a current FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate is suggested but not required.
• Minimum of 200 hours of flight time as a pilot in command (PIC).
• Strong understanding of FAA regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of students and staff.
• Must be able to pass a background check through fingerprinting.
