CNC Machinist
CNC Operator / CNC Machine Operator
Responsibilities:
- Operate and program all CNC machines to specified tolerances.
- Produces prototype and sample/production products from very detailed prints.
- Required knowledge of steels, stresses, and materials.
- Ability to see and compare slight differences in shape, size, etc., of objects.
- Responsible for good housekeeping of work area and equipment.
- Responsible for reporting any indications of needed maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with Mastercam, Autocad, NX Unigraphics, Mazatrol and IGF programming
- Must be able to pass a Basic Skills Test.
- Completed technical school courses in machining preferred.
- Certified Journeyman Machinist preferred.
- Requires use of advanced shop math, complicated drawings, and a wide variety of precision measuring instruments.
- Journeyman school or 5 year’s experience operating and programming CNC machines.
- Required to have CNC Lathes and CNC Mills experience.
- Knowledge of Okuma, Mazatrol, G Code and other conversational CNC programming required.
- Master Cam proficient experience required.
1st shift, 2nd shift and 3rd shift available
(2nd and 3rd shift have 1.00 /hr differentials)
$26.00-28.00/hr DOE
