General Laborer

Job Summary: We are looking for a hardworking and dependable General Laborer to assist with day-to-day tasks on our construction site. This is an entry-level position that offers opportunities to learn and grow in the construction industry. The ideal candidate is willing to work in a physically demanding environment and has a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up equipment.
• Load and unload materials and tools.
• Operate basic construction equipment, such as hand tools and power tools.
• Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear proper PPE at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.14 - $20.76 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
