ElkStone started out in the Denver metro area, expanded into surrounding metro areas and is now moving into the Utah Valley! Our niche is basement finish, building in a short construction timeline. We are the number one basement finish company in Colorado and are on track to complete over 375 basements in 2023! Are you interested in an incredible sales opportunity developing and expanding a successful business model in a new market?
We are looking for a motivated sales professional that will creatively market and grow the business in a new region, generate new leads, vet those leads, meet with customers to generate designs, and close the sale.

Education/Experience:
- BA/BS degree with a concentration in marketing/advertising, sales or business administration preferred
- Five years of industry sales experience (lead generation and selling techniques)
- Familiarity with CAD type software for generating designs
Compensation/Benefits:
- The expectation is that an ElkStone sales professional will make at least $120K/year (no salary cap)!
- Base pay for the first six months of training (based on $80k/year biweekly salary) plus commissions
- Option of full commissions or base commission structure for the remainder of the first year, then full commissions thereafter
- 401(k) Matching (up to 4%)

Timeline:
· We will be conducting interviews and making hiring decisions in early November.
· Initial training will be in the Denver Metro area.
