- Respond to customer inquiries, provide solutions, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address escalated concerns.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry and CRM software.
- Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
