We are looking for a student currently enrolled in a technical degree program, or a self taught technical resource looking for professional experience. The day-to-day responsibilities will require working with unique software applications, MS SQL, MS IIS, Remote Support Tools, VPN access Tools, and working directly in varying and diverse customer environments. In this position you will be part of team, tasked with working closely together to serve our customers. We only work with other businesses, and primarily only require standard business hours, M-F/8-5. Top performers in this position are outgoing, multitaskers, who can effectively communicate and work closely with teammates and end users.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a Two-year/ Four-year technical degree program or 1-2 years practical experience with supporting software applications
• Strong Customer Service skills are vital.
• Positive Attitude, Leadership, and Goal setting skills plus a willingness to learn new technologies is critical.
• Excellent verbal and written communications and attention to detail are critical to success.
• Troubleshooting, analysis, problem solving, and mechanical aptitude are required.

Nice to Have:

• Previous Experience with MS SQL, installation, and configuration
• Previous Experience with MS IIS, installation and configuration
• Experience doing remote support of client server business applications

Compensation Package:

Flexible Work Schedule

Minimum 20 Hours Per Week, up to 30 Hours per Week
