Ellsworth, an industry leading custom packager of adhesives, currently has a 1st shift PMF Packager I opportunity at KitPackers, located in Germantown, WI.
PMF Packagers are responsible for setting up jobs and mix material. Dispense material into containers by hand or using various packaging equipment. Pack and box orders for shipment under the direction of the Premixed and Frozen (PMF) Packaging Lead.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sets up, adjusts, operates, disassembles and cleans all packaging and mixing equipment in the PMF lab to fulfill requirements in job paperwork.

Pre-label cartridges and syringes for PMF packaging. Match paperwork to labels and ensure that the proper cartridges and labels are being used for the order.

Maintains a clean and organized work area: inspects and verifies that equipment is clean before and after use.

Provide recommendations for improvement and actively participate in maintaining 5S within the lab.

Assist lead in training other packagers, demonstrating appropriate techniques and ensuring procedures are followed. Assists in KP packaging and other departments as needed.
REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalency (GED, HSED) and 1 years of industrial experience and/or training. Previous experience in a custom adhesive packaging environment preferred. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered as equivalent at the discretion of Human Resources and the hiring Manager.
- 1st shift hours 7:00am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday)
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Must be hardworking, punctual, dependable and work well with others
- Works responsibly and follow all safety and security procedures
