Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Manage support ticket requests in a timely manner and provide assistance to remote employees via screen share, phone, or direct message
Provision and deploy Mac/Windows/Linux machines for new hires, maintain inventory of computer assets and telephony equipment and administer macOS/Windows software installations and upgrades
Engage in projects that streamline processes and improve overall user experience and perform inter-office and department equipment moves
Responsible for onboarding/offboarding of employee accounts and equipment, run/support new hire orientation classes for IT onboarding and document working knowledge of infrastructure and internal processes
Manage cloud-based VoIP phone system, set up printers, peripherals, and networking equipment
Configure and troubleshoot AV and video conference technologies
