We have an immediate opening for a second shift Datron Operator :in our Lawrenceville, GA facility. As a Datron Operator, you :will be responsible for performing machine operations on the proto trak (shielded) machine. This position will report to the Production Manager .

Your Solution Partner.:
We have an immediate opening for a second shift Datron Operator :in our Lawrenceville, GA facility. As a Datron Operator, you :will be responsible for performing machine operations on the proto trak (shielded) machine. This position will report to the Production Manager .
Major tasks will include:
- Setup and operation of Datron M8 machining system, including high detail cutting and engraving
- Retrieve part programs from control panel files
- Verify revision level of part and program
- Verify first article and perform in process inspection to drawing requirements
- Perform required preventive maintenance
- Maintain all tooling for the PROTO TRAK machine
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma
- 1-3 years of work experience with mechanical, engineering and/or machining
- Must be skilled in routine setup and operation of the PROTO TRAK machining-system
- Must be able to to read an interpret detailed drawings of fabricated parts
- Must be familiar with all basic inspection equipment micrometers, calipers, height gauge etc.
- Professional communication skills
