Description
This position will assist in supporting of all information technology systems at the Domino convenient store locations & corporate offices.
- Excellent customer service skills and professionalism
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Work both in a team environment and individually as necessary
- Travel frequently to all Domino convenient store locations for hands-on support, training, & installations as required
- With training be able to install, upgrade, & troubleshoot all IT hardware & software in Domino store locations including:
- Network equipment such as firewalls, switches, and access points
- Low voltage cabling and termination
- POS systems including registers, printers, item scanners, site servers, pin pads
- DVR & cameras
- Electronic Safes
- Price Signs
- Menu Boards
- Desktops and laptops running Windows operating systems
- Software including Microsoft Office, PDI, hardware drivers, etc.
- Printers and Scanners
- Radio, amplifiers, and speakers
- iOS and Android phones and tablets
- Assist with day-to-day IT needs at the corporate office including end user hardware & software installation & troubleshooting
- Assist with training site staff on new technologies as they are introduced
- Troubleshoot basic server, software, & network issues affecting multiple users
- Work with various vendor support teams to resolve technical problems with hardware and software
- Coordinate and manage special projects as needed
Job Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- At least one year of technical support, IT equipment configuration, or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Must display high attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be a self-starter with a sense of urgency and a willingness to communicate openly with the team and customers.
- The convenience store industry operates 24 hours / 7 days a week. This position involves some "on call" work to deal with hardware & software issues at the stores. Must be available to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
