The Construction Project Executive leads multiple teams in the construction of projects ensuring quality, schedule, budget, safety, and client goals are met. This position spends equal amount of time working with both project management personnel and field personnel.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Visits jobsites regularly to both support project team and to have a working knowledge of project status/forecast
- Works with Superintendent to develop logistics planning for projects to facilitate safety, construction operations, material delivery, jobsite security, consideration of the public and local authorities
- Ensures risk are being tracked and mitigated/resolved
- Identifies and relays project constraints to the Regional Manager
- Leads pricing decisions and risk analysis that impacts project cost and delivery schedule
- Has extensive involvement with project teams on financial projections and project schedules
- Ensures project team has performed a detailed review of project documents to stay ahead of RFI's and future coordination issues
- Collectively works with RM and SPM to review all subcontracts for financial accuracy in comparison to the project documents and project budget, including any Terms and Conditions negotiations between subcontractor and executive/legal team.
- Establishes and maintains effective relations with all project team members and works collaboratively with them
- Works closely with architects, subcontractors, and internal clients to develop lasting relationships
- Works in concert with General Superintendent to provide support to field personnel
- Demonstrates adherence to EC policy and processes and teaches EC policy and processes to new team members

SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:
- S. Degree in a Construction related program is preferred, but not required if experience levels are high.
- 7-10 years with related industry experience.

- Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls
- Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
- Occasional requirements to work at elevated heights and in confined spaces
- Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate, though the ability to withstand seasonal cold and heat of the outdoors is necessary
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
This position will require up to 50% travel.
