Job Purpose & Responsibilities:
- Software QA testing, certifications, and documentation for Elo’s touch drivers for Windows, Linux, Mac, embedded, and thin-client environments.
- Installation, Compatibility, Regression testing of new software versions
- QA testing, certifications, and demos to support a multitude of other Elo software, including HW peripherals and Elo display, computer, POS, and payment systems
- QA Lab, PC/test equipment configuration, and Golden Sample ownership
- Other reasonable directives, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in mixed hardware/software testing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with hardware device driver development and testing
- Experience with Microsoft WHQL tests and digital signatures
- Advanced software QA testing techniques
- BS in EE or CS
Specific Professional Skills/Competencies:
- Software compilation and building in MS Visual Studio
- C, C , Java, scripting/test automation
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift up to OSHA single person lift requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Elo Touch Solutions offers a competitive total compensation package. Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Vacation, 401K, Long and Short-Term Disability, and Tuition Reimbursement. Starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $84,000 and $112,000 and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.”
