Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Contact customers on a regular basis.
Schedule and coordinate transfer of physical RINs being purchased and sold by the firm.
Proactively develop and provide customer service to existing sales and supplier accounts and develop prospective accounts.
Obtain market knowledge and insight through continuous communication with product suppliers, customers, and other industry players like regulators.
Accept pricing orders from clients and place them through the appropriate channels.
Keep track of documentation and update the various files needed to successfully execute the different business flows.
Monitor trade limits and receivable limits and communicate with commercial, risk and management departments daily to ensure trades remain within established credit thresholds.
Reconcile daily and monthly Profit and Loss (through mark to market accounting) associated with physical commodity trades and ensures economics are accounted for appropriately.
Ensure the firm complies and stays up to date with regulations on RINS.
Research, document, and verifies counterparty information such as financial statements, credit references and trade references for new clients and for the yearly renewal of existing clients.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Energy, Agriculture, Trade and/or Finance field preferred
Ability to exercise good judgment in assessing opportunities and risk.
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment
Detail oriented, organized, and excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft office products
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic understanding of commodity futures markets and hedging
Experience with SQL, Python and Microsoft Power BI
Background or related experience in accounting and mark to market
Physical requirements/Working conditions:
Maintain prompt attendance in an office or if working remotely
Occasional visits to other offices, client meetings and industry events
