Company works throughout the contiguous United States. Projects are commercial and retail ground-up, tenant build-out and renovation.
This position supports one or more Project Managers. Project Administrators (PA's) are responsible for assisting in project bidding, securing bids from subcontractors and suppliers, project documentation throughout the term of the project, communication with clients and coordination with the Accounting Department as needed for project startup and closeout. Other tasks as required.
Software used: Sage 100, Word, Excel, Outlook, GCPay
