This leading Retail General Contractor are looking for a passionate and experienced Traveling Superintendent to supervise on site construction, including scheduling subcontractors, resolving day-to-day problems, reading blue prints and inspecting all work to ensure compliance with plans and specs.
The Traveling Superintendent responsibilities will be:
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Supervise and direct on-site construction teams
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel
The Traveling Superintendent will need:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Retail Construction Superintendent
- New Construction / Remodel project experience
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
