KEY RESULT AREAS
Business Analysis:
• Develop database, reporting and analytic solutions for both operational and analytical systems.
• Building reports, dashboards, analysis, alerts and Apps using OBIEE, Tableau, Knime and other relevant technologies. Support reporting needs of the management team
• Audit and verify that all appropriate data feeds are accurate, reliable and stable and work cooperatively with technical teams to resolve date feed issues.
Analytics Strategy• Collaborate with IT teams, management and the business to devise a data strategy that addresses business requirements.
• Master and use current data analytics and reporting technologies to meet business intelligence goals.
• Create and maintain standardized procedures for reporting and data analysis
• Identify, escalate and remediate opportunities to improve reporting processes and data feeds
• Ability to synthesize key findings and provide a recommended course of action based on data.
Relationships• Ability to thrive as a strategic partner to IT, sales, product/content development, product and marketing management, and marketing operations colleagues within a complex matrix organization
• Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values and nurture relationships with key external content development partners
