What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Development Representative (USA) position at Elucidat?
We're looking for an enthusiastic SDR to be the outbound lead generation engine for the US for the sales team. You will be following up on the outbound Account Based Marketing campaigns by calling prospective clients, tailoring the Elucidat messaging to different customer personas to generate leads for the sales team to close.

Requirements
The Role
Proactive outbound calling of around a 150 calls per week
- This will be to ‘warm’ contacts who have been receiving Elucidat Account Based Marketing collateral.
- Contacts will have various roles within the organisation and messaging will need to be tailored appropriately
Ensuring all accounts receive a pre agreed minimum number of touches
- This will be predominantly telephone as most email communication is automated.
- Logging of activity so it can be tracked.
Send email follow ups and distribute relevant Elucidat collateral
- Clear concise and friendly communication is required.
You will be the voice of Elucidat answering live chat enquiries
Creating a minimum of 10 Sales Accepted leads per month
- Sales accepted lead is defined as one where you have created an appointment for a next stage call with an Account Executive.
- Initial qualification has established that there is a pain point that Elucidat can address.
- The person the call is with has authority to move the sale forwards
- The opportunity has a minimum value of $10,000 per annum.
