We provide mental health solutions for all students, match speech therapy and occupational therapy-related services for IEP and 504 based needs, and software as a service to proactively bring all these student support services together.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the regional recruitment process and sourcing strategies for contracting with clinical talent such as speech language pathologists, occupational therapists, mental health professionals, and other clinical roles.
  • Screen and nurture new clinician leads and applicants as we look to fill current and future school needs.
  • Strong recruiting background and the ability to identify talent through various online and professional networks.
  • Extend and negotiate contracts and statements of work (SOWs) to clinicians.
  • Build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and effectively communicate recruitment updates.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to document, and monitor within the organization, supplemental clinical provider requirements per account.
  • Support and network with our talent community both at conferences and virtually.
  • Update and manage all clinician inquiries and documents in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and/or candidate relationship management database (CRM).
  • Assist with the clinician community including internal communications, engagement tools, internal FAQs, templates, clinical knowledge base, and documentation for our proprietary software.
  • Assist with the coordination of clinician licensing and credentials, across multiple states as needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned which may include, but are not limited to, things such as:
    • Quality Assurance - Analytics
    • Clinician Onboarding
    • Operational Tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years’ experience in recruitment, specifically for highly skilled positions with limited talent pools in healthcare, education, IT, Engineering or similar industries.
  • Proof of covid vaccine for all required shots
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for team meetings, conferences, events, etc.
  • Attending conferences and or meetings is an essential part of this role
