Call Center Admissions Support Details :
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06 : 00am to 07 : 00pm)
Schedule :
Candidates must be available from 6AM-7PM where you will then be scheduled for an 8-hour shift. This is dependent on the needs of the business and which time zone you are assigned
Duties :
- Taking primarily outbound calls
- Reach out to potential students, connect them with the campus in their area
- Setting on campus appointments
- Creating a great first impression
- Driving the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Call Center Admissions Support Qualifications :
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Must have experience with computers and programs
- Ability to multi-task between phone and data entry
- Ability to be high energy throughout the call
Schedule Requirements :
- Must have open availability between the hours of 6 : 00AM - 7 : 00PM. (Will be scheduled 8 hours between those times)
- Must be available 8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM during training
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
