Inside Sales Details :
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ to $ / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08 : 00am to 05 : 00pm)
- Understands the definition and place in the sales chain of the Sales Rep, Current Distributor, Potential Distributor and User.
Can accurately answer questions and pricing to each segment.
- Sources new sales opportunities through inbound leads follow up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Provides ordering and purchasing information to customers including but not limited to quoting, and histories as requested.
- Generates new business and ensures growth of existing accounts.
- Gains and retains extensive product selection application knowledge as well as detailed comprehension of customer's requirements.
- Provides timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries.
- Maintains knowledge of changes to customers and / or Airmaster product lines.
- Supports marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Cross-sells additional products by making quality referrals and recognizing opportunities as they arise.
- Prepares reports and correspondence as needed.
- Manages creation and presentation of quotations for opportunities as they are identified.
Inside Sales Qualifications :
- One to two years related experience or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient on Microsoft Products and related software.
- Ability to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures.
- Experience communicating via phone, web, email, LinkedIn and other social selling tools.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
